Description [Edit]

An impressive line along an arete with a great landing. Cracker Boy starts at large left facing flake and ascends along a series of gritty slopers to finish topping out over a broad overhanging face.

Location [Edit]

When walking up towards the fire lookout tower the boulder that Cracker Boy is on can be found off to the right a short ways. Cracker Boy is on the overhanging arete facing away from the tower itself.

Protection [Edit]

Crashpad, spotter

Such a finicky climb. Sometimes the body positions click and other times they really don't. Nonetheless, a worthy and full-value boulder. One of the classics, without a doubt. Nov 28, 2016
