Description

First route on the left side of the Last Stand Wall. This route faces more easterly than the rest of the routes on the wall and climbs a clean slab. A bulge at mid height provides the crux.

Protection

8 bolts to a 2 bolt anchor.

This route is a solid 5.8 and for the most part very straightforward, like climbing a ladder. Step, reach, step, reach. The crux is at the bulge, just to the right of the red streak midway up the wall. There's a fun little side-pull-like move on the left and you're through it. Two bolts, no chains for the anchor.
