Description

Cool, balancy liebacking for a couple moves up a seam turns into crystal crimping on big, comfy, solid crystals to the top of the boulder. Aim for the shelf to the right. This thing is classic, and it will stay that way as long as all the key crystals stay on.

Location

This is the seam to face on the big detached boulder right by The Wormhole. It generally faces west.

Protection

A pad or two, this thing is fairly tall.

This hadn't seen any traffic in quite a while, it seems. I cleaned a bit of lichen and dusted off of some of the crystals and part of the seam.

This thing is absolutely awesome and is the kind of boulder problem I feel like I'm always searching for at Vedauwoo. If you're in the Nat's area, walk the extra 5 minutes to get to this thing.

Also, it faces EAST, not west. So it's shady in the afternoon. Aug 1, 2013
