Description

This surprisingly difficult slab route, which looks much easier, is located on the left side of the east face, and runs up the middle of the obvious slab that's visible when looking at Preschool Rock.

Three bolts of slabbing with the crux moves after the first bolt - do it when it's cooler and it won't feel so bad.

Protection

3 bolts, chain anchor

"Potty Trained" (5.10c) is an excellent thin slab. The climb involved interesting thin face moves on "potato chip" edges. There are 3 bolts to a single bolt with a chain and another hole where the anchor must have been. As it is the bolt with the chain becomes the 4th bolt and 10ft higher are two more bolts (widely spaced and not equipped for lowering). Sep 28, 2009
