A small-pocketed face right of an arete leads to a final mantle to the top of the pinnacle.

This is on the left side of the QOB pinnacle.

Four bolts to a two-bolt anchor.

5.10c straight up, but it's very tempting to move out left to the arete and then traverse back to the anchors. The bolts are within reach, but this probably checks in at 5.9. The top of QOB Pinnacle is a good place to take pics of someone leading Lumina. Sep 25, 2007

Bolting this as a "10c" is trying to force something that isn't there. Should have bolted it as a 5.8 arete climb. May 20, 2009

Agree with Geoff, would be better just to call it a 5.9 arete. May 6, 2012
