A fun blunt arete. Stand start with your left hand on the arete and right on an undercling, balance and deadpoint to a good crimp and head up to a slopey topout. Good warm-up.

Watch out for the ledge rock if you fall.

Left line on right Warm-up Boulder.

Pad and spotter useful.

I do this every time I'm in Blair, super fun, and like everything in Blair, true to the grade once you have every single move's beta wired. Aug 2, 2015

I really like this problem. It climbs really well for the grade, as it is more engaging than the usual v0 jug haul. Oct 15, 2012

The original name was Scarred for Life - I think it became Scared for Life due to a typo in the New England Bouldering guidebook. Mar 6, 2008
