Access Issue: Red Rock RAIN AND WET ROCK: The sandstone is fragile and is very easily damaged when wet. Details

A good warm-up, with a weird mantle-like move towards the bottom.

This is the second route in from the left. Begin about 5 feet right of the large white boulder that is leaning against the rock.

4 bolts to a chain anchor.

Not a bad route. Again, it was too short. Aug 21, 2007

On 5/19/01, the ASCA replaced the first and last bolts on this route and added mussy hooks to the anchors. Both new bolts are 1/2" x 3.5" 5- piece bolts. May 20, 2010

This is rated 10a in the Handren guide but it's clearly easier than What's Eating You on the other side of the flake which he gives a 9+. Mar 15, 2016
