Description [Edit]

One of the better routes at Gallows. Thin moves down low lead to very nice, bigger pockets higher up. Good stone.

Location [Edit]

Listed as route #5 on the Gallows Edge Main Wall photo topo.

Protection [Edit]

4 bolts to a two bolt anchor with carabiners. For the safety and convenience of everyone, please don't steal the carabiners!

Hi guys -

The majority of these routes were bolted by me, Theo Takeda, and Alisa Green in 2000 or so. FAs were all done solo by various local lads in the early 1990s.

Fifth bolt added last summer by Brett Kettering to reduce ground-fall potential, after consulting with the original bolters. Oct 11, 2012
Beware of the two big loose blocks (right of the first bolt and third bolt) on this route. Dec 4, 2017
