Access Issue: Warning! Stainless steel bolts are suspect near the coast! Details

Description [Suggest Change]

Start angles left from belay stance. If you have a long reach, you can manage to clip the first bolt from the relative safety of a precarious stance at the belay. Continue angling up and left along sharp rock clipping bolts. Later head up and over a long gentle bugle finding just enough holds and bolts to keep you going. This climb was near my limit of ability and had my attention with the exposure and sharp rock features. My partner lowered me to the beach and I belayed her from there. Rappel to the beach and watch the ends of the rope...you'll use all 60 meters.

Location [Suggest Change]

From the Happy Island beach, scramble up several boulders up the gully and over to the wall on the left, finding yourself roughly 20 feet above the beach. Belay at a stance just large enough for your 200 Baht beach/rope mat.

Protection [Suggest Change]

All bolts. Anchors at the top to rappel. Rappel barely gets you to the beach with a 60m rope and a little stretch. Make sure to tie knots in the ends!!
