[Hide Comment] don't fall when you get close to the top. the little shelf at the bottom is a for sure ankle twister. Feb 25, 2012

[Hide Comment] I'd say the fall equates to most of the difficulty rating. If you know good jams it's mostly in your head. Sep 20, 2015

[Hide Comment] A bomber ring lock near the top makes this problem feel very 5.7 like. one of the more fun cracks at Santee imo. Aug 31, 2016

[Hide Comment] V1 if you're a boulderer who tries to lieback the whole thing, 5.7 if you just jam?

Anyway, super fun little route. Jan 22, 2019

[Hide Comment] Don't really need to hand jam it too much, the block sticking out towards the top of the crack is reachable from a good foothold. Lieback the block then beach your whale and get to the top! Feb 18, 2020
