This climb has had all the hangers removed from the bolts. The studs remain, however.

[Hide Comment] I watched Hidetaka Suzuki lead this rig onsight in about 1992. He pronounced it to be "Hard 5.12." With some work I managed to TR it a few years later, I would have to agree. Mar 6, 2018
[Hide Comment] Third bolt is in a very wrongful place. I wonder if something broke there. The holds are left of the third bolt and there is a crux reach move to be found there. The third bolt should be moved and there is a far better obvious place for it. I couldn’t do the reach move and will have to find a more difficult way to bypass it, if that’s even possible for me. Otherwise if you’re tall and enjoy the characteristically textured JT steep slab this one’s for you. Dec 12, 2022
[Hide Comment] Bolts were replaced today 1-10-24. Third bolt was relocated to accommodate the holds that had broke. It still goes although it ain’t no 12a. Jan 10, 2024
