RAIN AND WET ROCK The sandstone in Red Rocks is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Details

You can either sart in the same crack as Lick It and then traverse around to the first bolt or you can start in the crack directly below. The direct start is slightly harder. Although this one is bolted it shouldn't be consdered a sport climb. The bolts are pretty sporty and the rock is very chossy. The only reason to do this one is if you just need to make a check mark in the book. (That's why I did it).

10' right of Lick It.

medium cams for the crack and three bolts.

Pumpy steep route for sure. Unique start on 5.9 crack first 15 feet. One or two BD's will protect well here. Route is still fresh and lots shedding off. PG-13 rating cause the first bolt is 20 feet up. Once it cleans up this will deserve three stars for sure. Feb 3, 2014
