Description

"Freezer Burn" is one of the longer climbs immediately to the right of "Cold Storage". It looks like it would form up as a two-tiered pitch.

It is immediately right of Cold Storage.

Protection

Stubbie ice screws. You can walk off to the left.

[Hide Comment] These routes (Cold Storage as well) see very little traffic, and as a result it's unlikely there will be much of a bootpack to get you to the climb. Expect an approach after reaching Loch Vale to still possibly take 1.5 to 2 hours or more. Both routes are very similar and offer around 25 to 30 feet of dead vertical ice with lower angle ice above them. Those seeking solitude will find it here. Mar 8, 2015
