Description

A fun problem that is a good bit easier for tall people. Make a long move to a crimp, step up onto a bad foot and grab the undercling. Mantle over the top on good slopers. For short people, getting the undercling will likely be the crux, for taller people the topout.

Location

Just left of Undertow, going to an obvious undercling flake about 8ft off the ground. Descend by chimneying down between the two boulders.

Protection

Pad.

[Hide Comment] Those less than 5'10" will find it hard for V2, but it is a great little problem Mar 2, 2008

[Hide Comment] I'm 5'2" and found the hardest part of this to be the top out. I started on the two crimps closer to the bottom rather than the crimp rail in the middle. I thought this climb was leaning more towards girl beta with all the crimps and high steps. The moves are rather large if the intermediates are not utilized, but fun! Mar 25, 2012
[Hide Comment] How proud I felt in my heyday when I flashed this problem! Fun stuff! Jun 30, 2012
[Hide Comment] I'm 6' and the reach to the undercling came easily. Committing top whatever the height, however. Slopey up there. Fun! Dec 6, 2013

[Hide Comment] For shorter people there is a right hand crimp about 6" below the undercling. Jan 26, 2014
