Description

Start in the wide crack, climbing it to a threadable hole. From there, 5-10 feet of low-angled climbing takes you to the beautiful pocketed face and plenty of awesome moves. Great rock.

Location

Near the middle of the Pontoon Wall, left of the right cave/roof system. Also left of the small cave 1/3 way up, which is Inner Pigeon. Starts in a wide crack leading to a threadble hole.

Protection

Bolts, a couple slings, 2-bolt anchor. Rap or lower.

Photos

No need for slings or cam here. I added two bolts to the start 3/2012 13 years after my FA. I decided it made a better sport route than one piece mixed route. Mar 19, 2012

Bomber route. If you only have one route to climb, climb this one! Sweet pockets and balancy moves all the way up! A few powerful moves mixed in there as well. Set up a top rope and climb the whigg right next door! You will benefit from a stick clip. Dec 21, 2017
