Description

Another must do at Quartz. Crux is at 1st bolt moving right onto the main face, then climb small edges, dishes and mantles up to the last bolt. Crux is mantleing onto the polished dishes above the bulge.

Location

At the base of the South America formation. Spot the first bolt and climb trending left, connecting bolts.

4 well-placed bolts. Each bolt is just below the harder moves. Apr 7, 2012

This route would be a classic anywhere. It only has 4 bolts, but they are all right where you need them. The crux move over the little overlap feels hard the first time, but after you get it wired, it isn't bad. Jan 17, 2016
