This route follows the flake to the right of "Scorpio". It protects nicely with gear. I don't understand why the bolts were placed.

Draws, gear if you choose.

This lieback is great fun, and its ease and short stature make it perfect for beginning climbers. I agree with the original post that this ought to have been left as a gear-protected climb. Nov 19, 2007

Would be 4 stars if not so short. May 9, 2009
20 years later , I still enjoy this climb. This crack sucks up gear, some of it may be small , but the combo of edging, liebacking and jams make it solid. I just choose to not clip the bolts. I never even thought of bolting it ever! But I have thought of chopping them., I do wish it was longer. May 25, 2010

I thought most difficult part was at the bottom where the crack moves towards the right and it throws your bodyweight off. Great handholds. We used the draws. Seems to get easier past the first bolt. Aug 20, 2015
