I've wanted to do this route since I first saw it back in '97! What a spectacular line. Not as "stemmy" as Bob's book would have you believe. Some hard moves with the first two bolts, then bail out left onto the arete. Some "less-than-perfect" rock at the very top, and it's short "business district" drop it down a notch to 3 stars.

This is the wavy, stemming corner about 2/3's the way to the Virgin painting.
