Description

Start on Affirmative Action and hang a right at the 6th bolt. A longer draw here will smooth things out to help you through the powerful cruxes.

A 5.12c section follows the 5.10 start to sustained and pumpy 5.11 climbing. Be sure to work out the crux well due to its technical and powerful nature if you didn't onsight. I found the long moves on flat larger holds to follow the actual crux to be quite challenging as well. Great route! Jul 28, 2015

I really enjoyed this route! Reminiscent of hard face climbing at the New River Gorge, even if only for a few bolts. I also think this is a sandbag at 12b/c- my vote is more 12c/d-ish. Regardless, an awesome climb and one of my new faves at Diablo. Apr 28, 2019
