Description

On the right hand end of the wall there is right leaning corner which is slabby, colorful, and fuzzy. The two bolts that protect this line appear to be just slightly older than the rock itself. But who knows. They look like welded rod. They also appear to be some sort of glue-in, though they may just be pounded. I haven't found time to investigate, but am intrigued...

Location

Right side, Rusty Ring Wall

[Hide Comment] Those rings are so shitty and the climb is very dirty. Climb the line to the right instead. Jul 31, 2011

[Hide Comment] In the early 1980's this was the premier challenging route; it was originally called, "On Wisconsin". Feb 28, 2015

[Hide Comment] First off, trust your judgement but I can confirm that as of fall 2020 the rings can take whips. During the fall, I've seen maybe 6 whips on the bottom and two whips on the top ring. Again always remember to trust your instincts and judgement. Nov 9, 2020
