Description

Seldom climbed. Starts on the face left of the chimney separating Sunday and Everyday buttresses. Balancy climbing on thin edges and sidepulls straight up leads to a tricky short crack (crux)above the roof. Avoid the temptation to wander right and use the left edge of the chimney.

Protection

Standard Blue Mounds toprope (long slings helpful)

This route is often overlooked because of its inconspicuous starting edges and absence in any guidebook. Give it a go! Oct 8, 2006

This route needs more traffic. Definitely one of the best climbs in the area in my opinion. Great positive crimps on solid rock lead to a smooth overhanging crux... My only wish it that there was 30 ft. more of it! Jul 8, 2012
