Description

Thin aid climb through the small crack out the middle of the roof.

Location

Roof on Zoo Wall Left, 75 yards past the cave.

Protection

Clean aid on gear. No hammer and nails.

yes it still goes clean. The middle section did break out a few years ago when a climber was aiding it. I have since repeated it and it still goes clean. Mar 12, 2012

I aided it back in February and it went totally clean. Granted, the nut placements weren't exactly bomber in the middle of the roof. Maybe it has become worse? Jun 11, 2011

By the looks of things, the middle section of the roof crack appears to have broken apart. It's nothing but chaucy & brittle "rock". It doesn't appear that clean aid is possible through this section. Jun 5, 2011
