The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This route is a variation to the better-known classic Heart and Sole.
Climb up Heart and Sole about 35 feet to the stance above the triangular ceiling. Where Heart and Sole moves left into the right-facing flake/corner, go right. Climb up past two more bolts, then traverse left to the Heart and Sole belay.
