most often referred to as Oceanside Right. this side faces more west than south, why it gets shade in morning and sun in afternoon. the frontside face routes are north facing. and there does exist a chossy far backside that actually fully faces south (which had also been climbed), adjacent to the more secluded Pirate's Cove Beach Jul 30, 2014
this is sometimes called the "ocean side." This one, on the right, goes up a very satisfying right-facing flake. You can muscle your way up, but the good ones, I noticed, use balance. Great thing is that the handholds appear just when you need them. Don't waste too much energy getting up to the hollow stemming area about mid-way. Feb 28, 2011
