Extremly powerful and overhanging. The final clip at the anchors has been dubbed "The clip from hell" Hard for shorter folks. Look for hidden jug out right at top.

Someone recently bashed in the first bolt on this. Still not a big deal to climb, but getting to the second bolt from the ground gets your heart pumping a bit. Clip last 2 bolts of Fire in the Belly but stay left of the second to last bolt for full value. Very thin finger crack to a fun and interesting mantle onto the upper ledge. Jul 26, 2015
The first bolt has been replaced. Sep 25, 2017

Swapping the perma prior to where this route merges with Fire in the Belly would greatly improve rope drag. Apr 2, 2018

To whomever hung the permadraws: THANK YOU! Permadraws in an overhanging wall like this is much appreciated and avoids difficult cleaning on the way down (or having to TR follow it just to clean). Jun 24, 2018

Fun, sleep, sustained jugs to easier climbing up top. Definitely worth it! I feel it is more appropriately rated 11d, rather than 12a (as the Bingham guidebook suggests). I climbed it twice it was so fun! Jun 24, 2018
Actually, the Bingham guidebook - "Idaho Underground" calls this 5.11d/.12a Jan 4, 2019
