Great steep jug haul, a great warm-up for the area. Lots of fun moves. Had a bit of a Hollow Man flashback for me.


As you approach the wall from the trail you will see that a major portion of the wall is overhanging. Just to the left of the giant overhang you will see a chimney. The route climbs the bolts right of the chimney.

The 5.9 is the route on the right of the chimney, the 10a is on the left side.
Stemming across the chimney makes getting to the first couple of bolts feel more secure. Sep 28, 2015

The solo to the chimney was fun, and as spicy as a street vendors hottest sauce! There might be a better way to get to this climb without climbing the dirt and lichen covered section that does not have bolts, but I just went for it. Solid 5.9. If you do not know chimney technique, you are going to have a bad time. Sep 5, 2017
