Placement of bolts/fixed anchors is prohibited in Wilderness Study Areas Details

Description

The easier line just to the right of Steel Dihedral. The climbing is fairly interesting although short. The route tops out in a tiny notch.

Use caution as some of the holds appear loose.

Protection

The 2-bolt anchor is right in the tiny notch, one bolt on either side. Two shoulder length slings are useful for setting up the top rope.

The route has lost a number of holds during the last two years, and some of what's left does not inspire confidence. Aug 12, 2012
