This is an interesting steep face route near the middle of the east face of Hunk Rock. The moves are much more of a mental challenge than a physical one. This climb receives early morning sun.

The crux is very height dependent. I'm 5'8" with a positive ape index and the off-balance reach felt like a 5.10 move to me. For someone shorter it would be even harder. Mar 2, 2010

There was only two bolts on this route, they were where they needed to be. It was a tad runout to start on easy moves, there is a flake you can plug some gear in but I wouldn't trust a fall on it, bolted at the crux which felt much harder than a 5.9, another bolt and then runout to the top. Easy construction of anchors with mid-sized gear under a boulder at the top. Nov 12, 2016
