Access Issue: Dirt roads reopened as of June 2014 Details

Description

This is not much of a problem, but it is virtually in the campsite at the end of the road, so this is the sort of thing you can do in your sneakers at night while you are having a frosty beverage.

Hang on the semi-crumbly end of the anvil and then mantle up - it is not very tall, so it should be pretty safe.

Location

This is located at the parking lot, about 30 feet from the fire ring.

Protection

Pad.

This was never a great problem, but has to be downgraded to a bomb due to the actions of some low IQ subhumans who decided this rock makes a nice open pit toilet.

I spent a half hour cleaning up used toilet paper (using a very long stick) from all around this problem, and even got to clean up a used tampon, which I suppose proves that there are animals of this nature of both genders. That works for them because then they can get together and breed more dumbshits.

In the parking area, they also built a fire against a large boulder and decided to burn a computer in it, no doubt because they couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

Last week on the Turtle Rock trail (which is a beautiful trail at Vedauwoo central area), I noticed some other idiot decided to proclaim his undying love for some girl by spray painting a boulder with her name. Genius.

If you catch anyone doing any of this, do us all a favor and beat them senseless. I am anxiously awaiting my opportunity to do so. Jun 28, 2006
