This route is actually on the formation just to the right (south) of big pine wall. I included it in big pine wall routes because there is only one route on the formation. Climb up through the three bolts to the anchors. Decent warm up but there are much better routes at El Rito!

3 bolts to anchors.

This route deserves more than the 1.5 stars it currently has. It's only 30' tall, but sustained at the grade, and I found it fun. Possible deck potential going to the 3rd bolt, but the holds are all there. Sep 19, 2015

Not unsafe in anyway. The holds are large pockets and wonderful for clipping. Jul 23, 2011

Deck potential if you fall clipping the third bolt. Moves are odd but fun, beta intensive more than anything. Look for unseen things... Jul 22, 2008

Poorly bolted. Ground fall potential. Moves are weird. I have seen several falls. An old El Rito route. Newer 10a routes less sustained. Oct 8, 2006
