Description

This line is a slippery little thing. Grab onto the edges and pockets, pull up to the bulge, finagle your way left and up onto the bulge (crux). Hold on for several more clips to the anchors. The route is perhaps worth doing once, but there are plenty of routes of better caliber at Sinks.

Location

Brown Trout is just left of Blue Moon, and a few lines downhill (to the right) of Harvest Moon.

Protection

7 bolts to anchors

this route has a no hands rest, a knee-bar clip and then a heel hook clip immediately afterward, followed by thoughtful pocket finger jugs. perhaps this is a route worth doing once, or perhaps it is flippin' sweet route with a top out to picnic ledge over the cave...

just saying... May 17, 2013
This route is not even worth doing once. May 22, 2013

Enjoyable movement, less than desirable trouty rock for the 1st half, then some of the best rock for second half. Apr 15, 2015

Love it or Hate it.

even though the bottom is a little slick or whatever, the moves are fun. and pulling that bulge and the rock quality after make this route worth doing. I think it's pretty rad.

not more than once? I disagree

you decide! May 25, 2018

Didn't find it to be slick, just found it to be enjoyable. Interesting moves and the rock was all good. Well worth doing. Jul 25, 2018
