Description

A fun route with some varied climbing and some steep upper climbing for a 5.9. Do a flexible move to get established on the slab and romp up a fun flake (reinforced with bolts) as the rock steepens. Climb big wandering pockets, trending left, as the angle kicks just past vertical near the anchors on big holds. May be 9+ for the shorter folks.

Location

Located in the middle left section of the wall, immediately left of Stud Alert (10b)- which has the small roof just off the ground and the distinct roof near its top.

Protection

7 or 8 bolts to anchors.

I fell off the wall because of wasps lol!! Thank god there was a big tourist group that already had draws on the wall or I would have lost gear. I'm talking at least 30 wasps hiding out in all the holds where you need to uhh..put your hands. Otherwise an outstanding route and great warm up! May 21, 2015
There were numerous wasps on this route. It made the pockets kinda scary. Sep 26, 2010
