Description

Super classic. I can't get close to describing how fun it is, unless I were to pantomime the beta with childlike abandon. Obviously, to do it justice you must climb it! Addiction features a swift bout of crimpy climbing, followed by long power moves on positive holds and finally some more intricate 'keep you honest' climbing to the anchors.

Location

Addiction is the second route on the left side of the main wall (not including the slab and crack routes further to the left). It travels up off of ledges up and right before heading straight up.

Protection

6 bolts to anchors.

This is a great rock climb. I feel it could be smidge harder than 12c for a shorty like myself (5'5) - there are some loooong moves on this climb. Either way- very impressive rock and a variety of cool movement. Mar 24, 2009
