Description

3 pitch Chimney adventure left of No white Flag: 5.7 beautiful hands up the left side of the chimney 100ft, 5.9 varied cracks to ledge 60ft, 5.6 chimney tunnel up & through the hole 100ft. (watch for loose talus in the bottom of this chimney) possible to do just the first pitch then diagonally up and Left to rap off Vertical Addiction anchors 110ft.

To descend when topping out on VE, scramble skiers Left until you can located the anchors for walking dead arete.  3 raps (60 M rope) will get you back to the ground.

[Hide Comment] Once you top out I'd recommend walking over and descend off the anchors for Closer (if you have two ropes) or Angel Wing (if you have one). We tried to rap the route and it turned out to be an epic because we got our ropes horribly stuck both times. Didn't see any slings or webbing on top of the 2nd pitch so I'm pretty sure most ppl do descend another way ? If anyone does this route anytime soon you'll see our ropes still stuck there (lol). I'll be out there pretty soon to retrieve them, but you get them first I'll owe you a case of beers! May 21, 2018

[Hide Comment] Pitch 1 was fun. P2 was awkward with some good exposure. P3, climbing through the cave and out the hole, was easy and actually pretty fun. Worth doing the whole thing at least once. Especially if you want to log some easy adventure climbing. May 30, 2022
