Description

The classic 10b. This is an awesome route. Don't let the roof intimidate you, there's holds up there.

Location

This is the rightmost route on the tower.

Protection

6 bolts to chains. Please do not toprope off the anchors. Hang your own draws up there to reduce wear on the anchors.

haha for those of you commenting after me, I'm am from Indy. The mom has a house near Sedona so I'm come out every couple years and typically get a day or two in of climbing. My home Crag (4hrs away) is RRG in KY. I guess we are spoiled there. Thousands of routes, very well bolted and maintained. So maybe not X but R for runout? Anyway, still a fun route but big decking potential down low. Actually be there tomorrow for the week. One day will at least be at the Pit. Take care and if you come my way look me up. Don't get on here much as you can see so PM me. May 27, 2016

The profile on the guy above (Crzyfst) that is claiming this is a death route, says he's from Indianappolis, IN. Could be he made that up i suppose. People do it all the time. May 12, 2016

Just for all you out of towners - this climb is most definitely not X rated. At all. May 10, 2016

Doesn't matter how easy the bottom climbing is, needs another bolt below the 1st and another added between 1st and 2nd. Love the route though. Sep 16, 2015

First and second bolts a little intimidating but it is on easy ground (5.7-8) Aug 6, 2012

the first two clips are high on the route, very straight forward though. Nov 4, 2011

Since there's a ways between bolts you should be solid at the grade (for example, see deck story on Pit front page) Jun 19, 2011

All bolts replaced 4-24-09 except 1st bolt which was pretty new. Piton came out with ease. Apr 25, 2009
