Description

Climb large holds just right of the arete, over the hump, climbing over very low angle (unprotected) rock. Clip a bolt over the lip, and hand jam to the anchors, which are shared with Winter Warm-up crack.

Location

This route is left of corner crack, "Winter Warm-up (5.8)". There are two routes on this face left of this crack, this one is the second.

Protection

Bolts to chain anchor.

Photos

We put the anchors in on Winter Warmup, a crack which probably had a previous ascent. We also top roped and cleaned this route prior to its bolting and FA. Apr 1, 2008

So did Aaron Miller do the FA? Should both of your names be there? Apr 1, 2008
No, leave the information as it exists. My point is that the Mountain Project site becomes the de facto history site and the history is a little more complex. See Bob D'Antonio's comment to the main Diablo Canyon section. Perhaps he will view Rick Bradshaw's detailed photos and identify his 1970s FAs. Apr 2, 2008
