Fun route but worthy of doing while in Jacks Canyon for sure. All bolts are placed in convenient spots and the holds up high are pretty cool. Right next to the last bolt before the anchors, the chalk makes it obvious most people move right then up and back left; I recommend just going straight up for a more committing "less juggy" direct finish, more fun!! Route # 56 in the guidebook and first route left of the obvious corner. May 30, 2006

No way is this a 5.9. 5.7+, maybe 5.8. Still fun though! Nov 7, 2006

Please use quickdraws at the anchors! Running the rope through the shuts cause excessive wear and will require replacement. Apr 2, 2007

I personally thought this was a tougher 5.9, but then I'm pretty new to the sport. Pretty fun route, though. Oct 23, 2008
