Description

Got soles? Sliding off of this boulder problem is safe but uses up your shoes. On the trail to Uncertainty Principle, to one's right is this short seam. Fun and safe.

The boulder to the left of Lemon Chiffon also has a couple of nice bouldering face climbs in the 5.10 range. Jun 29, 2006

Are these holds chipped? The crack is oddly deep and smooth sided in a couple of spots May 10, 2012

There are definitely cracks and seams on Woodson that were modified from their original state. Keep in mind that, like other climbing areas, there was more emphasis on aiding/nailing in the past. Additionally, in some rare cases, holds were manufactured for free climbing. (This practice, however, is not compatible with current ethics at Woodson.) For Lemon Chiffon, I do not know if the pods are natural. My guess is that if they are not, they are aid climbing artifacts. May 16, 2012

Some idiot couple went and graffiti'd all over the face of this boulder, and several other boulders in the area... Apr 28, 2013
