Snack Break Direct is located just left of Snack Break. The first bolt is reached after what can be an awkward start through large flared horizontal cracks. After surmounting the bulge at the bolt, follow the featured face past a couple more bolts to the chain anchors.

Quickdraws, if uneasy about the runout on the easy ground there is a small horizontal crack or two that do accept cams. This route does not share anchors with Snack Break as the new Bingham guide depicts.

The photo for this goes to "Snack Break," not Snack Break Direct. There is a bolted line about 10 feet to the left. 3 bolts, unless you find a way to get cams in somewhere. May 12, 2013

If you're not confident climbing 5.8 you may want to stick clip the first bolt. Oct 19, 2013

A large camalot (3.5 or 4) fits great below the first bolt. You can also use the same cam as a directional to TR the heady gear climb to the left. May 19, 2014

I found this route to be pretty fun! Also sketchy. 1st bolt is pretty high, and a little sketchy to get to. Then found that at least one of the bolts on the route, and one of the anchor bolts, were spinners. This is as of 7/6/18. Jul 6, 2018
