Description

Right of Honky's Lament (the crack system right of Gun Rack) is Poultry in Motion. This climb begins up a steep face to a ledge, then goes up and right through balancy moves to the crux-- a series of moves on tiny edges just below the anchor. Look for the cool green crystals embedded in the rock on the upper third of this route.

Single move to the chains give this route it's grade...feels spicy but go for it, the ledge your shooting up and left for is good. May 5, 2009

The crux is just above the last bolt. Small foot hold about 8-12" above the ledge for your right foot, smear the left while reaching for a thin but solid crimp straight above. Double up the hands and send it! Jul 19, 2013

Glad I climbed on top rope for the crux, most of the route is consistent 10a/b. Fun route with a tricky finish. May 18, 2015
