The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start up the flake of Kinder And Gentler Ream Job, place a piece and then make tenuous friction moves out left (crux) along the lip of an overhang to the first of three bolts. Once past the first bolt the holds become much larger and the angle kicks back, providing fun well-protected moves to the top. Two stars out of five.
