'Thuggish' about sums it up: big holds, some widely spaced, on steep rock. This is a really fun line just right of the namesake corner of 'Outrageous Overhang' (5.9) and left of Boys In The Hood. Supplementary gear will keep you happy down low, although I think we did without. This is recommended for sure.

Bolts. Maybe a bit of gear for the start, nothing exotic.

Careful! I pulled an 80 lb block off of the start yesterday and paid for it with 7 stitches in the hand. I think the block is still resting on the first ledge. Sep 21, 2014

Jeez! Where did the block come off from? Were you on the scramby start before getting to the first bolt or on the actual climbing? Sep 21, 2014

The block was on the first scramble part, I didn't even get to the ledge for the first bolt! But I went back up the other day with a crowbar and knocked it down, so it's all good, but still be cautious at the start. Oct 5, 2014

The runout after the ledge is stupid. Awesome climbing. Jun 25, 2017
