Description

This problem is about 50 feet South of the parking lot on the ridge. It is a large roof with chalk all over it. There is a flake down low that you undercling as you then lunge for a big jug. From the jug match hands and pull three more moves to complete.

Protection

This is a boulder problem and a crash pad will be very useful.

[Hide Comment] This problem is also known as the "Bachar Lunge," presumably due to its FA by His Highness. It should be noted that the problem starts with the feet pasted on the underside of the roof, and not on the block that has eroded out of the dirt over time.

Either way it is a cool problem, but don't count on a crash pad being of much use if you decide to carry on to the top of the cliff. Also, beware of pulling outward on the hollow-sounding flake at 2/3 height. May 11, 2005
