Description

Just left of the 7 P.M. Show, this bouldery route follows large, flat sidepulls to a crux, which revolves around a huge drop knee, and finishes with a thought provoking slab. It deserves more attention than it receives.

[Hide Comment] This route has a masochistic reputation due to an insecure kneebar in the crux – you're likely to bloody your shin at least once if you try this line. When I hung the draws and tested the move howling in pain, I almost walked away from the route right then. However, with savvy technique and hyper-full-body awareness, it is possible to avoid punishment. Coming out of the kneebar entails a sneaky and powerful undercling sequence. Overall, the crux felt to be about V7. The rock is top-notch from the moment you leave the ground. Be prepared for a test of fortitude, and you'll likely enjoy this route. May 30, 2013
