For 2022: per Daniel Bryant: they did extend the order, but what I found was that the closed area does not encompass any of the common climbing areas within Elevenmile Canyon.

Description

"Skid Marks" may be the best route on the River Wall. Swing up the obvious arete on the right (east) side of the wall to 2-bolt anchor.

Protection

5 bolts to 2-bolt anchor.

Who doesn't enjoy climbing aretes? This was the best of the three climbs that did today on River Wall. The crux was off the ground to about bolt two, then it mellows out to the anchors. Sep 3, 2012
