Between Sticky Fingers and Flamingo Road, find a clean, steep (but short), left-facing corner. Climb the corner for about 30 feet to the bottom of a right-trending flake. Jam, undercling, and traverse to the tree at the top of Flamingo Road. This is a variation of the full route (to the top); however, having done the full corner once, and this variation several times, I would say the traverse is much better. It also lets you TR Flamingo Road (which to me looks way sketchy to lead).
[Hide Photo] There might be a 5.8 move getting to this point, but mostly easier. I followed the original finish to the top, which was really pretty poor climbing (relative of course).
[Hide Comment] Short but enjoyable route. Some of the rock is polished but the jams are solid and moves from the corner onto the slab are fun. Good safe lead for someone learning how to place gear. More like 5.7 than 5.8.
