Description

Textured Landscape runs up the left side/arete of the second buttress left of Wendell Spire and is arguably the best problem right of The Sub.

Two easy clips lead into a pair of no-feet campus moves through a steep, bulging overhang. The third clip is difficult and needs to be watched closely by the belayer to prevent any ledge-out possibility. A powerful, deep lock-off on very crunched up feet gains some remarkable alligator skin. Don't slap! If you don't sink the incuts, they will dice up your hands like a food processor. The main action on Textured Landscape is over quickly once you pull over the bulge.

This has good stone, is an interesting problem, and has powerful moves in the overhang.
