Description

The West Face is the big face in front of the Pinnacle parking area. Approach as for the West Face rock. Pick a line and wander at will up to a tree just below the top of the face. Rappel off the tree or scramble over the top and descend as for the Pinnacle. Reportedly, this route has also been done as a winter mountaineering route. Begin by starting at the base of Crack Parallel or use the Creekside Wall as a start.

Protection

A light rack with a couple of long slings for the occasional fixed piton.
