You may start with your left foot hooked around the edge. There are scant foot holds. Move to the right. It is quite painful.

Location

Per Bryce Tandberg: this is the thin, horizontal slot crimp rail that runs for around 20 feet. It is located just next to the obvious roof crack, aka Plummer's Crack.

[Hide Comment] You're calling this a V2?? Ive seen V5s that are easier than this thing. Maybe its just me, but I think V2 is a sandbagged grade. Jan 1, 2001
[Hide Comment] We haven't seen anyone do this sick traverse so really we should have a ? grade for it. I agree, its probably way harder than V5. Jan 1, 2001

[Hide Comment] It's a 5.13 traverse! Jan 1, 2001
[Hide Comment] This is solid 5.13, which should put it are v8 or higher depending on the thickness of your fingers. I guess the only attraction to this problem is its difficulty and location, but definately worth trying. Jul 24, 2002
[Hide Comment] Could give a location for this problem? Oct 27, 2003

[Hide Comment] I second that (above): Where is it? Knowing the engineering center, a V8 might not be an obvious line.... Mar 31, 2011
