Macord's first foray on the sharp end. Steepest 5.4 I've ever seen, but it is indeed 5.4, making it the perfect first lead

[Hide Comment] For first time climbers or kids, I cant think of a better route that I've ever climbed.

It's tall enough and steep enough to still feel accomplished at the end and is very consistent at the grade (with no weird sections that many 5.5 and under climbs tend to have).

If you are climbing with kids or bringing friends who have never climbed before, this is the route to start on. Jul 22, 2015

[Hide Comment] Seemed a bit stiff for the grade. Several new climbers in my group tried, but couldn't complete this, but could do Flea Market and Tomato Man up at Roadkill Wall. Still a fun climb, but climbs a bit harder than a 5.4. Closer to a 5.5+ for the area. Jun 7, 2022

[Hide Comment] Felt harder than 5.4 (felt harder than That Be Me and I'll Make You Famous, the other two routes I climbed this day) but that might have been because I climbed it late in the day when I was tired. Who knows. Aug 2, 2022
